EG&G against plaintiff who claimed that exposure to electromagnetic pulse radiation ("EMP") during his work in a weapons test protocol for the Boeing Company caused his chronic myelogenous
leukemia. The case was certified as a class action on behalf of similarly exposed Boeing workers, and was brought to national attention on the CBS program "60 Minutes."
