Shilpa Bhatia (bhatia@wscd.com)

As a director of the firm, Shilpa Bhatia has over 12 years of litigation experience in both Seattle and Houston, Texas. Both in Houston and at WSCD, she has focused her practice on complex matters, including products liability, toxic torts, commercial litigation, and construction. From this broad range of cases, she has developed significant experience with discovery, mediation, trial, and appeal phases of litigation.
