Mr. Stickney is an experienced commercial trial lawyer with extensive experience litigating large contract disputes, machinery design and damage claims, commercial construction, boiler and machinery, maritime losses and commercial disputes. His clients range from pension trusts and real estate developers to some of the largest insurance concerns in the world. He also provides regulatory guidance as well as contract placement and interpretation advice on commercial property insurance matters.
