Sarah Eversole’s past experience includes six years of insurance coverage and defense litigation. In the first party context, Ms. Eversole has represented insurance companies in cases ranging from PIP/UIM disputes to collapse coverage, water intrusion, mold, construction defects, and fraud. Ms. Eversole’s third-party experience includes personal injury and medical malpractice defense as well as product liability defense. Sarah also has significant experience with Longshore Act and Jones Act insurance defense litigation.
