Mr. Levin graduated from the University of Washington School of Law in 1988. After four years defending clients accused of white collar crimes,
Mr. Levin spent seven years with a small firm emphasizing property subrogation matters on behalf of insurance carriers. There he honed his
civil litigation skills on cases involving fires, product failures and construction defects. In 1998, Mr. Levin became a member of the California
Bar and later worked with a prominent San Francisco litigation boutique, where he continued work on subrogation cases and began handling insurance
coverage and defense matters. Mr. Levin returned to the Pacific Northwest in 2001 and joined the Seattle office of Portland based Mitchell, Lang & Smith.
As a partner of the firm, Mr. Levin continued his civil litigation practice in a variety of areas including casualty defense, personal injury,
professional malpractice, subrogation and insurance coverage.
