Pichel, Hanni N.

Hanni Pichel focuses her practice on civil litigation, including personal injury defense, product liability, construction defect, premises liability and business torts. Hanni has been practicing civil litigation in private practice since graduating from University of California, Davis School of Law in 2009. She has significant experience arbitrating cases on behalf of her clients, and was part of a legal team that obtained a complete defense verdict on a twenty million dollar claim in Federal Court for the Southern District of California. Hanni is licensed to practice in Washington and California, with federal court membership in both states.

Obtained defense judgment after bench trial in complicated real estate related dispute in U.S. District Court, Southern District of California concerning multiple business entities and complex legal issues involving abuse of corporate identities. Award included significant attorneys’ fees.

Obtained arbitration award in defense of breach of contract action where general contractor Plaintiff sued restaurant for balance of contract and Defendant restaurant counter sued for construction defect and breach of contract.
