Trial Counsel for:

Plaintiff truck driver sued client in Federal District Court alleging a defective trailer caused him to roll his tractor trailer 5 times as he entered a corner. Plaintiff suffered 15 fractures in his spine and claimed permanent disability. Plaintiff claimed 4.3 million dollars in damages. Plaintiff was offered $125,000. Defendant moved for summary judgment on causation and prevailed. Plaintiff appealed. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed dismissal.

Insured in tractor trailer versus automobile accident with plaintiff claiming permanent injuries as a result of head on collision. Plaintiff claimed a closed head injury, right shoulder injury requiring surgery, neck pain, chest pain, upper back pain, low back pain, headaches, and lacerations. Plaintiff also claimed future bilateral knee replacement. Plaintiff claimed she could no longer work as a commercial plumber. Liability admitted with combined damages in excess of 1.8 million.
