Gary Western is a shareholder of the firm and has defended a wide range of claims involving allegations of professional malpractice, toxic torts, personal injury, construction defect, product liability, and insurance extra-contractual claims. He has litigated cases in a variety of settings and is often selected to serve as an arbitrator of injury claims.

During his more than 20 years as a trial lawyer, Gary has appeared in state and federal courts throughout Washington. He has tried cases in King, Pierce, Snohomish, Mason, Whatcom, Lewis, and Island counties. He has arbitrated in most Washington counties.
