As a director of the firm, Dylan Jacksons past experience includes litigation matters ranging from criminal prosecution in a district attorneys office in Missoula, Montana to employee plaintiff litigation, workers compensation, real estate, bankruptcy, and debtor/creditor law while practicing in Great Falls, Montana. Joining the firm in 1999, Dylans practice focused on personal injury and commercial defense litigation and product liability. After a brief hiatus at another Seattle firm specializing in personal injury and commercial defense litigation, Dylan rejoined the firm in 2004 and is again focusing on personal injury and commercial defense litigation.
In 2006, Dylan was named a Rising Star ® by Washington Law & Politics Magazine, a designation reserved for 2.5 percent of all licensed attorneys in Washington state.
